Trail description
This hike starts at the Muchnersiedlung car park, where the ski bus also stops. Visitors with a guestcard can use the ski bus free of charge. The first section of the hike leads through a small settlement gently uphill into the valley. After around an hour hikers leave the forest and continue for around 300 metres through the settlement of Holzeben. The trail then heads back into the forest and gently uphill to the "Kalte Herberge" church of pilgrimage, before descending in the forest into the Wildlahnertal Valley and from there to Toldern and on to the Gasthof Olpererblick. After a hearty meal, hikers who have a guestcard can take the ski bus free of charge back to the starting point.
