This easy snowshoe in Reith, Alpbach Valley, is perfect to practice snowshoeing with kids or first-timers. Trail description
Start your walk by riding Reitherkogel Gondola to its top, Reitherkogel. After strapping on your snowshoes up there, the trail weaves in and out of wintry woods and through meadows all blanketed in snow. Walk past the farms of Nissl and Fürst on your way to Hinterkopf, a superb viewpoint at an elevation of 1,235 meters.
Return to your starting point by the same way you came.
