This 2.5-hour circular hike leads up to the Harbe Weiher weir at 1,600 metres above sea level in the Kaunergrat Nature Park. It can be found in the middle of a charming forest, surrounded by icy streams, glistening snowfields and impressive views of the Ötztal Alps. Attentive hikers may be able to spot tracks in the snow and even a few shy wild animals in the forest. There is also a restaurant named "Gacher Blick" serving hearty local food and offering fabulous views of the Inn Valley.

Trail description
This hike starts at the Nature Park House of the Kaunergrat Nature Park, where the Kaunertal Valley, Pitztal Valley and Inn Valley meet. The trail itself is 5.4km and leads first to the Harbe Wiesen and then to the Harbe Weiher weir before returning to the starting point.
