Meißner Haus Toboggan Run

The Meißner Haus alpine lodge toboggan run is a natural toboggan run, but is not an official toboggan run, however. The ascent to the Meißner Haus begins in the Mühltal Valley in the village of Ellbögen and leads along the alpine stream there into the Viggartal Valley. Before you enjoy the fun of this toboggan run however, you can replenish your energy and after the two-hour ascent with some traditional Tirolean fare at the warm and cosy Meißner Haus. This toboggan run is challenging. There are no abrupt changes in direction here, but the run demands great attention when tobogganing due to the bed of the stream - which runs alongside the toboggan run - in addition to ascending tobogganers and ski-tourers.
