Well known for reliable snowfall and consistently good snow conditions, the Steinplatte/Waidring resort straddles the Tirol-Salzburg-Bavaria border in the breathtaking Tirolean Alps. Fourteen lifts – including nine in Austria and four in Bavaria – serve 45 kilometres of pistes that rise to 1,860 metres. Most slopes are easy, though there are also some challenging red and black runs for advanced skiers and boarders. Piste number 4 is home to a long funpark with several different challenging lines. Children will enjoy the "Triassi-Kinderland" in Waidring and the "Hausberg-Arena" with its fun rollers and easy slopes
