Situated at the foot of the iconic Serles mountain, known as the "High Altar of Tirol", the Serlesbahnen Mieders is a small but perfectly formed ski resort in the Stubai Valley with a limited selection of ski slopes but no lift queues.
At the entrance to the Stubai Valley, on the slopes of the mighty 2,717m Serles mountain, lies the ski resort of Serlesbahnen Mieders. Its pistes extend up to an altitude of 1,750 metres and draw mainly families and cruisers. Beginners will find a gentle practice area next to the bottom of the cable car, while freeriders will find powder fields above the treeline. From the top there are fabulous views, not least of the Serles, which Goethe called the "High Altar of Tirol".
