Münster Ride to the Bayreuther Hütte

This beautiful ride leads to the area where the Zillertal Valley and the Alpbachtal Valley meet the Inn Valley meet. It is here that the Bayreuth division of the German Alpine Association built a hut high in the mountains, the Bayreuther Hütte. The approach is steep, but all that hard work is rewarded with fantastic views, delicious cheese dumplings and a warm welcome from Anton, who runs the hut. The vista from the large terrace is breathtaking.
