Zams

In the summer of 2026, the Venetbahn (shuttle cable car) will be closed due to construction work. Service will instead be provided by the Rifenal and Weinbergbahn chairlifts. Starting in the summer of 2027, the cable car will take passengers from Zams to the local mountain of the Tirol West vacation region in just a few minutes. From Rifenal, the mountain can also be reached via a leisurely double chairlift. The mountain station serves as the starting point for leisurely family hikes and more challenging summit tours.
