Kaiserlift

Lift closed

The recently renovated Kaiserlift connects the town of Kufstein with the Brentenjoch ridge. At the mid-way station (897m) there is the Duxeralm hut, an excellent starting point for hikes. The top station, just a 20-minute ride from Kufstein, is also blessed with fabulous views and a large network of walking and hiking trails leading up to the nearby summits and lush meadows of the Wilder Kaiser Mountains. Here, high in the Alps, there are also plenty of traditional huts serving local food.
