The Westfalenhaus (2,273 metres) is a much-visited mountain refuge in Längental/Sellrain in the Stubai Alps, Tirol.
Much-visited base for hiking in the Sellraintal Valley

A place where people like to stop, the Westfalenhaus in the Sellraintal Valley is located in an excellent hiking region. It was thoroughly renovated in 2009 and 2010, ensuring that all creature comforts are now catered for. Guest can look forward to being very well looked after in summer and winter, as well enjoying as fabulous views of the Längentalferner glacier and the mighty Lüsener Fernerkogel mountain. The Praxmar - Köllenzeiger – Westfalenhaus high trail is a good hiking tip, as the route has no significant ascents or descents. Beautiful views of the Lüsener Ferner glacier can be enjoyed initially, before opening out in to the Längental Valley. Hikers are also presented with the opportunity to climb the Zischgeles mountain.
