Trail description
The trail starts at the top of the Nockspitzbahn cable car along a ski piste through a number of banked corners heading in an easterly direction. The ski piste soon leaves the forest and the trail turns off left. There then follows a long section of back-to-back banked corners leading up to the first major jump. The trail continues in a similar style with jumps and banked corners all the way to the lift pylons. Here things become steeper and slightly more technical. Riders are advised to show caution when traversing through the forest. The final section of the trail lead through the forest and culminates in a spectacular banked corner before reaching the middle station of the Nockspitzbahn cable car,
From the middle station riders can either take the cable car back up to the top or contnue downhill alon the more challenging The Rough One trail to Götzens, a natural section of singletrack with plenty of roots, berms and wooden features.
Tip! In the first third of the trail there is a connecting path taking riders over to the other side of the mountian in Mutters, where there are also a number of trails.
