The St. Johann in Tirol region is home to a large practice area where mountain bikers can work on their bike-handling skills. These OD Trails (ObernDorf Trails) are great fun and designed to offer something for riders of all ages and abilities. The Green Line has an average gradient of 8% and is 900 metres long. It is the easiest of the four trails and therefore perfect for children and novices. The Green Line is rated S0 (easy) and has been designed as a pumptrack. There is also a connection to the Jump Line.

Trail description
The OD Trails are based around the Tauwiesenlift in Oberndorf. Thanks to a special bike-carrying device which attaches to the handlebars, this mountain bike draglift (the only one of its kind in Tirol!) can transport both bikes and their riders up the mountain.
The start of the Green Line is clearly signposted. The line itself winds its way 900 metres down through the meadow, without any obstacles such as stones, roots or trees. There are several banked corners and rollers as well as small tabletops where beginners and novices can try their first jumps. The Green Trail is the perfect place to get a feel for downhill riding and familiarise yourself with the bike-handling skills required on this kind of terrain. Riders who have taken a few runs here and feel ready to step up to the next level can try the Blue Line.
Tip! The new Trail Area also has a Jump Line with three different options (easy, intermediate, advanced) plus a Skills Area, a bikewash and an equipment & hire shop.
