Singletrack Trail
Mühlwald Trails

Until recently, the Tannheimer Tal (the most beautiful high alpine valley in Europe) was still relatively unknown. However, in 2020 it opened the Mühlwald Trails in Zöblen. Each of these three trails is 500 metres long, with varying difficulty levels. The flowy Ponten Line winds its way through the Mühlwald forest. The Zirleseck Line and the Rohnen Line are more challenging and include roots and stairs. Choose your trail and have fun!

Trail description

All three of the Mühlwald Trails begin at the top of the Mühlhanglift and finish at the bottom of the lift.

The Ponten Line is the main trail. It winds its way down through the Mühlwald forest, taking in cruisy corners and fun rollers. The trail has been designed to ride like a pumptrack, making it ideal for both beginners and more experienced riders who can get up some serious speed between the banked corners.

The Rohnen Line is more technically challenging. The surface changes between earth and gravel. The first section is steep, followed by a more cruisy section with switchbacks, roots, jumps and step-downs. This trail is aimed at advanced and expert riders keen to perfect their skills.

Last but not least is the Zirleseck Line, which can be accessed via either the Ponten Line or the Rohnen Line. After a section of twisting and turning up and down it merges with the Ponten Line.
