Trail description
This ride along route 702 begins on the village square in the centre of Galtür. Riders head north and cross over the stream. They then turn right and follow the Trisanna river on the cycle path to the settlement of Tschafein. There, cross over onto the other side of the stream and follow the trail heading east into the Maißwald forest. It is here that the gentle climb into the Lareintal Valley begins. The route runs parallel to the Lareinbach stream through thick forest up to the Lareinalpe hut at 1,860 metres above sea level. Return along the same route back to Galtür.
