The demanding, 35 kilometer long route of intermediate difficulty travels along the main Sellrain Road to Kühtai pass, and further on towards Ochsengarten and Oetz. Countless vista points and breathtaking views await you on the entire stage.
- The whole stage from Sellrain via Kühtai to Oetz leads along the asphalt road where the yearly held top-class Ötztaler Cycle Marathon attracts more than 4000 particpants and thousand of visitors in late August. A truly fascinating experience!
- The starting point of the tour can be found at 900 meters above sea level while the highest elevation in Kühtai stretches up to 2020 meters. The stage's destination lies at 812 meters altitude.
- A narrow, permanently rising road takes you from Gries and St. Sigmund to Kühtai. Past Dortmunder Hütte you enjoy an adventurous and speedy downhill ride to Oetz.
- From Oetz transalp bikers follow the ultimate Ötztal Trail leading towards Sölden and further on to Timmelsjoch Pass or Similaun Summit.
