Ride the rails and hit ramps at the Wake Area’s amazing cable park. Bouldering enthusiasts can test their skills high above the water without a rope or any other safety equipment to catch them if they fall. This type of bouldering, known as “deep water soloing”, sees climbers plunge into the water below if they put a foot wrong. The swimming lake and facilities around it are reserved for swimmers only – unlike at other lakes there is no dedicated area for non-swimmers. The Lakeside Restaurant is open to all guests and can be accessed free of charge. Surrounded by striking mountains and along a raging river, Water Area 47 has beauty to match its endless activity.
