There are plenty of good reasons to treat yourself to a (short) break in Tirol at Easter. As spring arrives, the region is busy with traditional Easter markets as well as plenty of other cultural highlights.
Established over 30 years ago, the Easter Festival Tirol forms a major part of the Easter celebrations in the region around Hall and Innsbruck. With its programme of dance, performance and music it attracts visitors from near and far. Innsbruck, Kufstein and Hall all also host traditional Easter markets where local craftspeople display their work. Last but certainly not least, on Easter Sunday there is the Top of the Mountain Concert at the Silvretta Arena ski resort in Ischgl.
