Taking place in Zillertal Valley from March through July, the 14th Steudltenn Festival features mainstage theater productions and an array of cultural events in Uderns.
Thirteen years of culture in a 700-year-old barn in Uderns in Zillertal Valley – that’s what the 2024 Steudltenn Theater Festival is all about. In addition to own and mainstage productions, there is a rich array of accompanying cultural events, ranging from farmer’s markets over concerts to kids’ activities. Taking place from March 25 through July 13, 2024, the Festival brings fine actors, directors and playwrights to Uderns in Zillertal Valley, engaging a loyal audience of both residents and visitors.
Each season is designed to present unique opportunities for artists and audience alike, revisiting classic plays with innovative productions, developing and nurturing bold new plays, and offering a rich array of accompanying cultural events including concerts, cabarets, readings and workshops. Educational programs for little ones are part of the program as well.
