Sit back, strap in and watch the spectacle unfold as the snowboard industry descends onto the Magic Castle of Seefeld for one weekend of unrestricted Do-It-Yourself-Xtreme Street Jam madness.
On the menu is some of the finest and most progressive snowboard rail wizardry available in the world right now mixed with super mellow parties. Using a variety of real street locations in a hybrid format that has never been seen before, DIYX brainchild Ethan Morgan has already organized two of these events in Innsbruck during the last two years—and he certainly knows how to organize a party! This November sees the events’ third edition with a fresh location at „Magic Castle” in Seefeld, and some savage setups on offer. Named CSTL JAM (Castle Jam), the event will showcase snowboarding’s rawest and most prolific talent with 50 of the world’s best riders turning up to sesh and along with recreational riders and trick their way in this extreme but “friendly” open contest—and risk it all for eternal STRT Jam glory!
The event is set to bring the skateboard and snowboard community together & kickstart the winter. It begins on Friday at 1:00pm with skateboarding action, continues with snowboarding and is rounded out with a live act in the evening and après ski at the castle until 01:00am.
On Saturday, snowboard jam sessions start at 2:00pm and end at 8:00pm with a disco session and DJs spinning the turntables. This event is not just about the riding, it’s about hanging out, sessioning, partying, chilling or throwing down with the homies. The After Party at the castle features three dancefloors and legendary techno DJs.
