On hot summer days, the Freibad Pfunds in the Tiroler Oberland region is a popular meeting point for swimming and nature enthusiasts.
The water temperature in the solar heated pools is around 24°C and the swimming area features a pool for non-swimmers, a 33m competition pool and a children’s pool. One of the main highlights is the large wave slide, while the 4,000m2 sunbathing lawn offers plenty of space to relax. Sport enthusiasts can be active on the beach volleyball court. In agreement with the chairman of the club, the football pitch next to this swimming area can also be used by guests. Admission to the Freibad Pfunds is free of charge for Summer Card holders.
