The disabled-friendly ascent up to the Hintertux Glacier with the world’s highest bi-cable system cable car is an experience in itself. Views from the Panorama terrace stretch as far as the Großglockner, Dolomites and the Zugspitze. A glacier tour, cave trekking expedition or ascent of the local Olperer Peak present some exciting sporting challenges. Adventurous glacier kids can look forward to a special children’s world with a tubing track and lots of snow for great snowball fights. Flohpark Sommerberg entices young visitors to adventurous games with a climbing wall, bouncy castle and go-kart track.

From mid-June onwards, an exciting adventure course awaits at the Sommerberg walking region, combined with some tricky brain-teasing questions. Accompanied by our glacier mascot, Luis, young detectives set off on an exciting hike in search of the mystery treasure! Young glacier detectives can explore interactive stations and learn about the mystery of the glacier. Pick up your treasure map from any one of the ticket offices at the base station of the lifts and off you go!
