Valluga Mountain

St. Anton am Arlberg

The summit of Valluga Mountain at 2,811 meters is one of the most stunning views you'll find in Tirol. Take a scenic ride up the Valluga Gondolas and enjoy a 360 degree vista of "Three-Thousanders", high altitude peaks averaging 3,000 meters in elevation. You’ll get a superb panorama of nearly every peak in the Lechtal and Allgäu Alps, of the summits along the Verwall Range and of horizon-dominating Ötztal and Stubai Alps and Silvretta Range. Look to the west to the Swiss border to bask in the glorious views of the Rätikon Range’s peaks and to Piz Kersch at the heart of the Grisons. With gondola access straight to the summit, Valluga is a great place to start your day. In the winter, there’s expert terrain for experienced skiers and riders. Non-alpinists can take a scenic ride up to the top of Valluga Mountain, taking Galzigbahn Gondola and Vallugabahn Gondola sections I and II. Located at the top of Valluga Gondola Section II, The Valluga Restaurant is Arlberg Region’s highest-lying sit-down, fine dining experience for lunch, après ski or dinner.
