Craggy peaks and steep trails make the Wilder Kaiser region a haven for ambitious bikers and hikers, though there are also plenty of quiet spots for relaxing. Families will enjoy the adventure walk, swimming lake and moorland area.
Head for the heights on holiday in the Wilder Kaiser region! This area in the east of Tirol is home to not one, not two but three outdoor aventure play areas: Ellmi’s Zauberwelt on the Hartkaiser mountain near Ellmau, the Magical Witches' Water Söll on the Hohe Salve mountain and the KaiserWelt in Scheffau. Near the village of Going visitors will find an area of protected moorland with a themed walk about the local flora and fauna. On hut summer days there is no better way to relax than with a dip in on of the local swimming lakes, for example in Going or Söll. The Kaiserbad Ellmau is a leisure centre and waterworld open all year round.
