The villages of Serfaus, Fiss and Ladis in the Samnaun Mountains are all good starting points for mountain bikes rides. The surrounding peaks are easy to reach thanks to a large network of lifts and cable cars used by skiers and snowboarders in winter. Many rides start high in the mountains – and yet are easily accessible even for children. The circular ride from Fiss via Möseralm to Frommes-Alp begins at 1,460 metres above sea level. En route you can visit the Funpark Fiss. Sporty families will enjoy the Komperdell Loop, which passes the Erlebnispark Hög outdoor adventure park. Advanced and expert riders will find plenty of singletrack trails where they can test their bike-handling skills. For example, the Frommes Trail begins at the top of the Schönjochbahn cable car and winds its way more than 1,000 vertical metres back down into the valley. E-bike riders in search of a challenge can complete the loop around the Samnaun Mountains.
