Seefeld in Tyrol

And the same applies to biathletes and Nordic combined athletes from all over the world, who not only train there, but also organise World Cup competitions and World Championships time and again - not forgetting the corresponding competitions at the 1964 and 1976 Winter Olympics in Innsbruck.

Seefeld is an exclusive place: hardly any other region in Austria has such a high density of four and five-star hotels. And yet the village also offers local families from far and wide the opportunity for Sunday outings in the snow, tobogganing and skiing, or hiking and walking in summer. Thanks to its sheltered location, Seefeld is one of the most snow-sure places in Tyrol, but also one of the few that attracts as many guests in summer as it does in winter.
