Farm characteristics: The farm was first mentioned in a document in 1288 as a sovereign alpine dairy farm. From about 1500 it was a semi-detached house with two owners. Since the beginning of 1900 the farm has been in the possession of one owner.

The Doadlerhof is a traditional Austrian working farm, located within a range of 6 km from the centre of Neustift im Stubaital and the Elferlifte Ski Area. The Stubai Glacier can be reached in 15 minutes by car. WiFi is available free of charge.

The double rooms come with breakfast and a balcony with mountain views. They also feature a TV with satellite channels and a private bathroom with a shower. The apartments further include a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher and a microwave. Breakfast is available on request for guests of the apartments.

The Doadlerhof features a garden with barbecue facilities and a playground for children. Guests can use a ski storage room with a ski boot dryer, and free private parking is possible on site.

A restaurant is located within 10 walking minutes from the property, and the closest grocery shop is 2 km away. It is possible to buy the farm’s products on site. In winter, half-board can be booked at the Doadleralm, which is located 5 km from the property.

A ski bus stops 600 metres from the Doadlerhof. Freizeitzentrum Neustift can be reached in 5 minutes by car. It features a public indoor pool and an outdoor swimming pool.
