There are 2 bedrooms, bathroom with shower and toilet, extra toilet, big wardrobes, living room and kitchen. There are towels and bedclothes in the apartment. It has a garden, and from the terrace is a beautiful view of the Wilder Kaiser.
The apartment can be used with wheelchair and handicapped accessible. We offer a bed with a handrail too for our guests with handicap.
Parking by the house is for 1 car free.
The bus-stop is within 1 Minute reachable, and you can reach the centrum of Kitzbühel in several minutes.
The house is in a really quiet street. A river and a lot of forests are in the neighborhood. Many trails start from the street. You can hike from our house up to the Kitzbüheler Horn or go with the bike.
