The basement apartment is located in Zellbergeben in the picturesque Zillertal, in an attractive location, just 800 meters from the center of Zell am Ziller, where various shopping opportunities, cafes, restaurants, and recreational activities can be found. The apartment is equipped with a TV with satellite programs and internet access, as well as a fully equipped kitchen that includes a dishwasher, refrigerator, kettle, coffee machine, and dining area. The apartment has its own bathroom, which is equipped with a large shower, hairdryer, and washing machine. An interior courtyard with a small seating area and a free private parking space are also included. Free Wi-Fi is available. If you would like to explore the area, you will find opportunities for hiking, skiing, and cycling in the surroundings. A free ski bus, which stops 100 meters from the apartment, takes guests to the ski lift just 3 kilometres away, or in just five minutes by car, guests can reach the Zillertal Arena ski area. Other ski resorts are also easily accessible. In the nearby area, there are also various leisure activities. After a short walk of about 400 meters, guests can reach the outdoor recreation park, which offers tennis courts, an ice rink, mini-golf, a beach volleyball court, a soccer field, a playground, an adventure outdoor pool, and much more. We are located directly on the Ziller promenade, where you can walk or cycle along the Ziller River from both sides towards Hippach (4 km) and further to Mayrhofen (8 km). Cross-country ski tracks run next to our house and, with suitable snow conditions, invite you to engage in outdoor activities. The impressive slopes of the Hintertux Glacier are about a 30-minute drive away. The Krimml Waterfalls are located 39 km away. The Congress Zillertal - Europahaus Mayrhofen is 8 km away.
