Oberhaus is a spacious holiday house (170 m2) near Kappl in the Paznaun Valley. It is located only a hundred meters above Kappl in a very quiet and sunny location. It is located in the hamlet of Oberhaus with a magnificent view over the Paznaun Valley. Only 3 km away from Kappl Centre.
In winter time, the ski bus passes three times close to the house to pick you up. In the evening Oberhaus offers you the unique possibility to “ski in” from the Kappl ski area. There is also a ski bus to bring you back home.
The community of Kappl clears the road from snow to Oberhaus. In case of heavy snow fall, keep in mind that you might need snow chains!
