The Villa St. Oswald, one of the most beautiful and best-preserved buildings created in the original Seefeld architectural style, has been fully renovated and appointed with every conceivable comfort. Boasting a very central yet quiet setting, the villa is just a 3-minute walk from Seefeld’s pedestrian area. The apartment building is also ideally located for those guests reliant on the use of public transport. The railway station and bus terminal are, likewise, just a 3-minute walk away, and the bus stop for the free ski bus and village bus is located right next to our house.

Our five holiday apartments are characterised by their light, welcoming ambience and by meticulous and loving attention to detail. With antique pieces of furniture and electrically operated tiled stoves, the apartments exude an atmosphere that is traditional, stylish and cosy. Apartments 1, 2, 3 and 4 are each suitable for 2-3 guests and offer living space of between 45 and 50 m². Apartment 5, our penthouse, offers space for 4 and comprises 2 bedrooms and a separate living cum dining room. Covering an area of some 95 m², the top-floor holiday apartment offers stunning views of Seefeld’s mountains from its south-facing balcony. All the apartments have a marble bathroom, a kitchenette with a dish washer and cooking utensils, a safe and complimentary high-speed internet access. Small dogs are more than welcome to stay in Villa St. Oswald.

Enjoy a summer holiday at 1,200 m! Thanks to our apartment house’s central location, it offers ideal accommodation for all those who enjoy a variety-packed, active holiday. The nearby Geigenbühel hill offers easy, well-signposted walking and biking trails. More challenging mountain tours, complete with breathtaking panoramic vistas, can be enjoyed, for example, in the Bergbahnen Rosshütte hiking area. A gentle stroll of just 15 minutes takes you to the idyllic Wildsee lake where you can enjoy a refreshing dip.

The Region Seefeld is a veritable paradise for winter sports enthusiasts. Cross-country ski fans and biathletes can indulge their passion on 271 km of immaculately groomed tracks and 30 shooting ranges. For lovers of alpine skiing, the region offers a pleasantly sized ski arena with fantastic slopes and state-of-the-art lift facilities. For unforgettable fun with the whole family, why not try out the numerous natural toboggan runs in combination with a stunning walk through the winter wonderland.
