The house is located near the ski slope. In a few minutes by car you can reach the Wagstätt gondola lift, with which you can immerse yourself in the heart of the Kitzbühel Alps in Winter.
If you have very good skiing skills, it is possible to ski directly to the gondola lift.
In winter, snow chains are required!
In summer, there are lots of hiking trails, Reservoir in the immediate vicinity
