On the ground floor there is a cozy living room, a large kitchen, a lounge for games, darts and table football, and a terrace. A children's ski lift and toboggan hill is right in front of the house. The nearest larger ski area is Stanzach. The Arlberg (biggest and best ski area in Austria) with Lech, St. Anton, Warth and Zürs is also not far away.
