Welcome to the modern Apart Steiner guesthouse in Strass in the beautiful Zillertal! After a complete renovation at the beginning of 2016, we have now opened our doors for guests again and welcome you with typical Tyrolean hospitality. Our guesthouse is characterised by its central location: The free ski bus that takes you to the award-winning Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing resort stops in walking distance, just 150m away. The Zillertal railway that provides access to destinations like Kufstein and Innsbruck can be reached on foot as well. Park your car right on the large parking lot in front of the house or in our garage and explore the area on foot or discover over 1,000 km of trails across various levels of difficulty by mountain bike. To make you feel at home on your holidays, you will find two large apartments, each with a separate entrance for up to 9 people. Both apartments feature a kitchen, a bathroom with shower and tub, two bedrooms and a large living area with two couches for two people respectively. Free wireless internet is, of course, available in the two apartments as well. We have a fully equipped kitchen on offer to guarantee perfect holidays: Dishwasher, microwave, stove with oven, refrigerator, contact grill, egg boiler and kettle are available at any time. We attach particular importance to interior design, so that you are able to comfortably end an active day outdoors – whether on the slopes or hiking. From the balcony or the terrace you can enjoy sociable evenings while taking in the best views of the mountains in the Zillertal together with your loved ones. Our in-house party room is available for little more action-oriented night entertainment. In winter, not only passionate skiers get their money’s worth. In addition to the Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing area, the Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen, a cross-country skiing trail that takes you along the valley via Strass is accessible right outside the house. A horse sleigh ride is a great winter activity too. After a day in the Zillertal snow paradise, your wet boots can dry in the boot dryer room overnight. In summer, the Zillertal offers numerous opportunities for hiking as well as plenty of opportunities to relax in addition to that. Whether Lake Schlitters or Achensee – these nearby oases of peace are all easily accessible from our guesthouse. The Reintaler Lakes are 10km away and a popular destination especially for mountain bikers.
