Bergappartements Reithammer

A very warm welocme to our "Bergappartement Reithammer" - high above Ellmau. An ideal place to relax, forget about your everydays troubles and spend some days in the middle of nature but still with the modern comfort of a exquisite holiday flat. (3 apartments for 2 to 5 people per apartment).

The house has been built in 2019. Modern technique such as low energy house, particle filter in every room (ideal for allergy sufferers) or our own fresh water spring will make your holiday a very healthy one too.

There is a carport, a ski-room with ski-boot dryer. Skiers have to take the car back down to the valley to get the connection to one of Austria's largest skiing area "SkiWelt Wilder Kaiser" and those who are very good skiers could use the ski-route (no artificial snow!) only a couple meters away from the house. Great place for quiet winter- or snow-shoe walking.

In summer, hiking can be done up to "Hartkaiser" and further on to the areas of Scheffau, Söll or Brixen. The same area can be reached by mountain- or E-bikes (we can organise it for you in case you want to hire one).

To drive up from Ellmau in winter it might be that you need chains or a four-wheel-drive up the mountain to the hut. (Sometimes chains will be compulsary).
