WELCOME! our house is situated in a sunny and silent location in UNTERMÜHL (about 1 km away from the centre of Kappl). the south balcony invites you to relax and enjoy the sun. Our village Kappl offers you in summer and winter a lot of activitties (skiing, mountain biking, hiking...). for your children: there is a special and large playing area.
