Our house is situated between Kirchberg and Kitzbühel (both of which are only a few minutes‘ drive away), opposite the Fleckalmbahn valley gondola station. From there the gondola transports you quickly to the ski area or to the beautiful hiking region in the Kitzbüheler Alpen. For enthusiastic cross-country skiers our house is in the perfect situation as the trails can be reached within a few minutes on foot. Set yourself up for the day with a generous breakfast buffet served every morning in our breakfast room.
