Our house is situated on a gentle slope at the edge of the woods with beautiful views of the Kitzbühel Alps. Kirchberg in Tyrol’s village centre is approx. 1 km away. The ski bus stops just a 3-minute walk from the house and transports you directly to the Kitzbühel/Kirchberg ski area. With sufficient snow coverage, it is possible to ski home! Our highlight is our own sauna in which you can relax after a strenuous day. In Summer, our location is the perfect departure point for numerous hiking trails in the Tyrolean mountains! Cycling, mountain biking, walking, swimming, golfing and lots more are also possible in Kirchberg! Parking in front of the house.
