Thanks to the size of the apartment and the ideal layout of rooms, all the bedrooms offer maximum privacy which makes the RÉSIdence a perfect choice for both, families and friends. The standard occupancy is up to 5 guests. The maximum occupancy is 8 guests.
The 2 balconies offer stunning views on the famous “Wilder Kaiser“ mountain, the iconic “Hahnenkamm” and the typical grass-covered mountains. Our RÉSIdence is your perfect starting point for a multitude of activities. Less than 2km away is the natural lake reserve “Schwarzsee” and various golf clubs.
