The ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen can be reached in only 5 minutes with the free ski bus which stops 50 metres from the accommodation. In the centre of Stumm, which is within 5 minutes walking distance, there is a supermarket, a bakery and various restaurants. Gasthof Märzenklamm, which is 100 metres away, invites to culinary delights after a day of skiing.

Host Maria Pfister offers two cosy and modern holiday apartments suitable for 2-4 persons. The apartment for 4 persons faces south-west and has two double bedrooms with satellite TV - perfect for holidays with children. The bedrooms are wood-panelled and equipped with solid wood furniture and offer the ideal ambience for a restful sleep. The newly renovated bathrooms with shower/WC and the living room are modern and well appointed. Featuring a fully equipped kitchen with a cosy sitting area, the kitchen offers the comfort of home.

The apartment for two persons faces south and is decorated in warm colours. It has a well-equipped kitchen unit and a bright and friendly living room. The bathroom with separate WC has recently been renovated.

Both apartments enjoy a quiet location and have a balcony with vistas of the ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen. On request, Maria Pfister will provide you with daily fresh bread rolls. Another special feature of the house is the revitalized Grander tap water. Amenities include free Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels and a parking space.

In winter, you can take advantage of the location close to the ski area Hochzillertal-Hochfügen. The valley station in Kaltenbach is only a 5-minute drive away. On top of the mountain ski slopes, toboggan runs, and cross-country ski trails await. On ski-free days you can relax in the Erlebnistherme Zillertal in Fügen.

In summer, the Zillertal mountains invite to scenic cycling tours. Routes in all ability levels start right on your doorstep. Bicycles can be safely stored in the garage. The water park Badewelt Stumm, which is only a 3-minute drive from the accommodation, is ideal for cooling off.
