The OBERN 41 Chalet welcomes you in the beautiful Leutasch Valley! We are pleased that you have found your way to our picturesque place - your holiday can start right now.
Our chalet is a new building made of natural wood in Tyrolean style – an absolutely quiet location; ideal for the sporty family / group or just relaxing: you have a house of your own, with garden and separate access. The chalet offers holiday on two floors with three bedrooms, two bathrooms including sauna and a large living, cooking and dining area and a sweeping balcony. In winter, in addition to the underfloor heating, there is also a fireplace. In summer, you can barbecue in the garden and enjoy the view of the imposing peak Hohe Munde.
The Leutaschtal is the right place for everyone looking for a holiday away from mass tourism. In summer, the Almenparadies Gaistal offers countless opportunities for Mountanbiker (with and without "electric drive support") and hikers. In winter you can explore the many cross-country-ski trails in the valley or take a proper toboggan run. If you like it faster: The ski areas in Seefeld are a stone's throw away.
