"Nockhof" Ferienwohnungen

The farm "Nockhof" is located in the village of Neder, approximately 2 km from the municipality of Neustift, and sits on a small plateau amidst green meadows, offering a wonderful view of the Stubai mountain world!

In summer, you can start hikes, bike tours, climbing, Nordic walking, etc., directly from our house. Right in front of our house, you can hike into the beautiful Pinnistal, where a special attraction is the contemplation path designed to lead people back to nature and thus to themselves!

In the village of Kampl, about 1 km away, there is also a beautiful scenic lake with a children's playground, volleyball court, soccer field, and a small restaurant; you can reach this lake on foot in about 20-30 minutes.

In winter, you can enjoy cross-country skiing, ice skating, tobogganing, skiing, ski touring, snowshoe hiking, etc. – everything is easily accessible in the immediate vicinity. Since our house is at the end of the Pinnistal, it is also where the longest natural toboggan run in Tyrol ends – meaning you can toboggan directly to our house – there is also a night tobogganing event held three times a week!

The ski bus stop is about 500 m away, and there is also a restaurant/pizzeria nearby!
