The house is situated central and still quiet in Mayrhofen in the picturesque Zillertal.
Only few walking minutes to Mayrhofens cable cars (Ahornbahn-Penkenbahn). There you can drive up on 2000m and go skiing, snowboarding, walking, hiking or mountain biking.
In the centre are many shopping facilities, cafes, nightclubs and restaurants. The centre is only a few minutes walk way.
Even the Hintertuxer glacier is removed less than half an hour by car.
