The holiday apartment is located opposite the Landler bathing lake, where you can swim in summer and ice skate or play curling in winter.

Enjoy the magnificent balcony with a fantastic view of the wide valley and the gentle mountains of the Thiersee Valley.

Mountain biking and hiking trails start right at the front door, and you can rent E-bikes nearby; in winter, the cross-country skiing area is just a short distance away in Bayrisch Zell.
