Welcome to Landhaus Mair in Scharnitz!

Our vacation apartment is located on the first floor of a new building with separate entrance. It is furnished in a loving and traditional style and offers space for up to 6 people.

There are two balconies that offer a wonderful view of the mountains.

The parking lots directly at the house are available to you free of charge.

The apartment is fully furnished and has free WiFi. Pets and smoking in the apartment are not permitted.

Our house is centrally located and an ideal starting point for hiking, climbing and mountain bike tours in the Karwendel and Wetterstein mountains. Our wonderfully situated mountain huts and alpine pastures provide you with relaxation, food and drinks.

In winter, the entrance to the cross-country skiing trail is only a two minutes’ walk away from our accommodation.

You will find the Mühlberg directly in front of our house, ideal for tobogganing and ski tours in winter. It is also a great starting point for hikes in summer, e. g. to the beautiful Oberbrunnalm.
