In winter, we offer our guests FREE USE OF THE CROSS-COUNTRY SKI TRAIL and rides with our REGIONAL BUS for the entire duration of their stay.
For our little guests, a BABY COT is available free of charge upon request.
The Seefeld region offers a diverse range of sports and leisure activities both in summer and winter in the stunning, unspoiled surroundings of the house: beautiful hiking and mountain biking trails, alpine ski areas, and a fantastic network of cross-country ski trails just a 5-minute walk away.
We are located 200 m from the center and 900 m from the Kreithlift ski area. The ascent to the viewpoint at Kurblhang is located near Landhaus Knaus and can be reached in about 30 minutes on foot.
Within a 200 m radius, you will also find a supermarket, restaurants, a bus stop, a hair salon, and beautiful walking paths along the Leutascher Ache.
