Landhaus Ganghofer

The Landhaus Ganghofer, nestled in an impressive mountain world between the Karwendel nature reserve, the Wetterstein mountains and the Wildmoos nature reserve, offers the perfect backdrop for sports enthusiasts and holidaymakers alike. The Seefeld region, consisting of the five villages of Leutasch, Mösern/Buchen, Reith, Scharnitz and Seefeld, gained fame as the two-time venue for the Nordic competitions of the Winter Olympics and the Nordic World Ski Championships in 1985 and 2019. The sporting diversity of the region is reflected in the wide range of activities on site. Leutasch benefits from its location, which protects it from the foehn wind in the south and from the cold in the north due to the Wetterstein massif. Thanks to the Gaistal valley, snow clouds have easy access from the west, which means that Leutasch offers a high level of snow reliability combined with a mild summer climate. Quiet, unspoilt mountain slopes and numerous hiking trails and mountain bike routes await you here. In winter, Leutasch is one of the most beautiful cross-country skiing areas in the world.

In Weidach you will find a supermarket and a doctor, and thanks to the bus stops, good public transport connections are guaranteed.
