Landhaus Frenes

Geigenbuehelstr. 374, 6100 Seefeld, Österreich

Your host Sylvia Frenes-Lutz offers you a warm welcome to Landhaus Frenes Apartments in Seefeld in Tirol. Here in one of the most beautiful spots in the Region Seefeld, Landhaus Frenes offers wonderfully comfortable accommodation for an action-packed or relaxing holiday, complete with unobstructed, breathtaking views of the village of Seefeld and its landmark mountains Seefelder Spitze, Reither Spitze, Gschwandtkopf, Hocheder and Kalkkögel.

Awarded a 3-edelweiss superior rating, our Landhaus Frenes enjoys a central yet tranquil location. Seefeld’s pedestrian area is just a 7-minute walk away and the free village bus stops right behind our house. Offering space for up to 6 guests, our 4 spacious 2-room and 3-room apartments provide the ideal ‘base camp’ for active holidaymakers, as well as an oasis of tranquillity for relaxation seekers. In order to ensure a comfortable home away from home for guests will allergies too, we regret that pets are not permitted in our apartments.

All the holiday apartments in our family-run Landhaus Frenes are appointed in a cosy, timeless alpine-country style and all boast a south-facing balcony or terrace. With living areas of between 57 and 102 m², the apartments offer lots of space for unwinding and soaking up the last rays of sunshine on the balcony or terrace after an eventful day’s hiking or skiing here in the scenic Region Seefeld. Those who prefer to prepare their own meals can enjoy convivial evening get-togethers in their own ‘four holiday walls’, while several restaurants offering delicious Tyrolean specialities are just a 3-5 minute walk away.

In addition to all the amenities necessary for an enjoyable holiday, Landhaus Frenes also boasts a vast 2,400 m² garden, offering resident guests during the summer months an oasis of colourful meadow flowers right on the doorstep. The members of the Frenes family are, themselves, ardent mountain bikers, climbers, hikers and golfers. They know the area like the back of their hand and are always happy to offer tips and recommendations.

During the winter months, the flowering pastures of Seefeld's Geigenbühel hill are transformed into a popular nursery ski area. Located directly beside our house, the slopes are perfect for children and beginners of all ages. Alpine skiing enthusiasts can explore Seefeld’s Rosshütte and Gschwandtkopf ski areas, while cross-country skiing fans are spoilt for choice with the vast network of trails available in the ORegion Seefeld.

The Frenes family is already looking forward to welcoming you to their Landhaus Frenes in Seefeld in Tirol and treating you to an unforgettable ‘holiday with a view’.
