The beautiful Kuhlinarik apartment is located in the midst of the Kitzbühel Alps, on the Astberg in Going am Wilden Kaiser on a mountain farm at 850 m above sea level in the midst of meadows and forests, far away from noise, bustle and traffic. The apartment has its own staircase and entrance area, as well as a balcony with views of the Kitzbüheler Horn and the Loferer Steinberge. Parking spaces are available free of charge. Please note: The access road is a single-lane mountain road, in winter we recommend arriving with a four-wheel drive vehicle, otherwise snow chains are recommended in case of snowfall!

We offer our guests the opportunity to book ski lessons directly with us. Take advantage of professional instruction at our in-house ski school. Contact us for further details.

The cozy apartment offers everything for an unforgettable & special stay in the middle of the Kitzbühel Alps. The absolute quiet location and power place for your vacation. We love to be hosts, and to share with you our favorite restaurants, excursion destinations and insider tips both in summer and winter. You can also purchase products directly from the farm, such as fresh cow's milk, meat and our own honey. The apartment is located 5 minutes drive from Reith bei Kitzbühel and Going am Wilden Kaiser. Kitzbühel can be reached in about 15 minutes. The beautiful natural jewel Schwarzsee which invites you to swim in the summer months or for panoramic winter hikes can be reached in about 10 minutes. From the accommodation beautiful hikes to the Hollenauer Kreuz, as well as to the Astbergsee; Ponyalm can be undertaken. In winter, the ski area Wilder Kaiser or Kitzbühel with their excellent slopes, toboggan runs invites you to winter fun. In each direction can be started directly from the house to test the various ski and hiking areas. Directly in front of the house there is also a bike path, which allows you to make excursions in the surrounding area.
