The beautiful Kohlerhof farm welcomes you in Aschau in the Zillertal in a wonderfully tranquil and at the same time central location amidst the impressive Zillertal Alps. Our farm is located at the sunny outskirts of Aschau in the Zillertal, only a 10-minute walk from the centre of the village. The stop of the free ski bus is just 5 minutes away and the wonderfully groomed cross-country skiing trail as well as trails for hiking and mountain biking, from leisurely to challenging, can be accessed directly at the Kohlerhof. Our farm is located between the top skiing resorts of Hochzillertal - Hochfügen and Zillertal Arena that can be reached in just 10 minutes. Fun and action for the whole family await you at the Aufenfeld Leisure Centre with indoor climbing, swimming pond, playground and many other attractions. The apartment for 4-10 people is located on the 1st floor of our Kohlerhof farm and offers a spacious 95 m2 living room with a beautiful romantic oriel dining area and a fully equipped kitchen. In the apartment you will sleep in cosy double rooms, a triple room and a single room. Enjoy the convenience of three spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. Every apartment room comes with a large and sunny balcony with stunning views of the Zillertal Mountains. In the morning we have fresh rolls delivered to your apartment. For our guests we furthermore offer private parking, a high chair, cot and a ski room with boot dryer for your sports equipment. The highlight for children, our petting zoo, features cats and rabbits, our child-friendly dog and the little calf, among other animals. Your children care also invited to discover our stable and experience life on the farm. After an active day in the Zillertal skiing area you can relax on our green and sunny lawn while your children play to their hearts content on the playground with trampoline, swing and slide. On the sun terrace at the Kohlerhof you can pamper your family and friends with own delicacies from the grill on warm summer evenings and review the day with a glass of wine. The Zillertal provides a varied programme for the whole family, both in summer and winter: Hiking in green forests, skiing in the varied Hochzillertal-Hochfügen skiing area or an active mountain biking tour.
