The building is accessible and can accommodate up to 94 day guests in four seminar rooms, as well as 36 overnight guests in 12 modern bedrooms. You can get to the city of Innsbruck in just 15 minutes by car or on the Hungerburgbahn funicular. The Nordkettenbahn cable car is just a 2-minute walk away or you can take a bus to Igls and be at the foot of the Patscherkofel mountain in just 40 minutes.
